Deutsche Banks' subsidiary Paybox.net AG, is a German financial services company which launched a mobile, secure, and easy-to-use non-cash payment for the "real" and the "online" world in May 2000. As Paybox's enabling partner, AmSoft provided comprehensive technology consulting and solutions to Paybox to design, develop, integrate, test and deploy the mobile payment infrastructure all over Europe.

In less than one year AmSoft authored solution cartridges for over 10 leading e-commerce platforms and technologies, thus enabling payment via Paybox in more than 800 e-commerce sites. AmSoft started by designing and architecting a standard to be implemented across multiple platforms in order to enable the integration of Paybox service into the various e-business platforms. After achieving tremendous success in Germany AmSoft enabled extending the Paybox service footprint to Europe, by providing specialized consulting to validate Payboxs' globalization vision and approach, evaluating technology options, partners and challenges and finally authoring systems to manage the merchant and consumer and finance processes globally.

Solution Objective :

• Designing a uniform standard for cartridges, and implementing it across a host of e-business systems and technologies
• Streamlining of consumer and merchant management processes and providing access through extranets
• Interfacing to scoring systems all over Europe, providing consumer bank, address and credit checks
• Providing strategy and consulting to globalize, setup, train and manage the Paybox service infrastructure globally.
