As IPUnity's enabling partner, AmSoft is supporting IPUnity since last 3 years in rapid development of applications, Quality Assurance and Technical Support to augment Harmony6000™ Media Server and Application. AmSoft has a highly specialized group and dedicated lab infrastructure for IPUnity to carry out development, QA and Technical Support.

AmSoft has developed a Privacy Screening Apps (PS) using the Harmony6000™, which addresses today's bigger issue of privacy for the subscribers. This is a high performance, reliable and robust carrier grade solution that provides end users the flexibility to maintain their privacy to unintended callers. This service promises to open new revenues generation stream for IPUnity & AmSoft, and enhances the bundled services offerings to the existing and new potential customers.

The Privacy Screening application provides functionality to

• Screen unidentified callers (Anonymous and Private numbers)
• Maintain white list of users
• Enter PIN to bypass screening or record name
• Play pre-recorded music-on-hold to caller
• Allows PS Subscriber to accept, reject or route to voicemail
• Personalized Service management by PS Subscriber through Telephonic or Web Interface

AmSoft has also provided web-based interface for provisioning, Operations and Maintenance, Announcement Management and Bulk Provisioning.

The Quality Assurance done by AmSoft for Harmony6000™ allows delivery of reliable and robust product to the Service Providers and Network operators.
