RI has it own proprietary brands in the areas of New Product Volume Forecasting, Pricing, Branding & Image, Brand Equity, Customer Loyalty and Concept screening.

Research International chose AmSoft Systems as their technology partner to implement an automated, web-enabled system for the end-to-end management of their field related activities. The Field Management System was developed and deployed in a well-integrated but phased manner.

The Field Management System enables creation and scheduling of job processes and assigning jobs to locations and interviewers via an automated fax communication system. The system ensures authenticated and authorized updation of the Job status by the Field Interviewers and provides an up-to-date status on all Jobs using Gantt charts. The system also integrates with the Finance department for direct capturing of payment related information by Interviewers, obtaining approvals from Job managers and processing the invoices raised. The system maintains data related to Job Information and Interviewer's information and work history. The Field Management System is meshed in with the Job Management System (built on the Lotus Domino platform) that RI Japan uses for cost estimation of projects.
