Many entrepreneurs with brilliant technological backgrounds have found it difficult to kick start their operations due to lack of proper infrastructure and resources. And many have not seen the light of the day due to these lacunae. AmSoft provides Plug-n-Play services to start-ups, which work as follows (subject to AmSoft's Investment Committee agreeing to invest in your company):-
- Workstation at a fixed monthly charge topped up with Bandwidth and Telephony (charges based on usage)
- The amount invested in the start-up by AmSoft as the difference between AmSoft's Normal Workstation Charge and the Fixed Monthly Charge (which the start-up would be paying as mentioned in 1.) would be on the basis of a certain small fixed percentage of equity. - The Entrepreneur would have access to a group of high-level executives who would be physically available at appointed times, every week;
- The Entrepreneur will have access to expertise since AmSoft’s Senior Executives will have an extensive network and experience in publicly traded companies, as well as high profile start-ups;
- AmSoft's Senior Executives will expertise in areas like semiconductor, networking, digital media, web, or a special expertise in sales marketing, management, product, etc.;
- AmSoft may become an investor, mentor, advisor, and possibly, a cofounder of a start-up in which they have a vested interest;
- For entrepreneurs coming from overseas (USA, UK, Spain, France, Australia, Israel, etc.), getting coached or mentored by a seasoned executive could be a great first step;
- In time we will make available, a vibrant community with seasoned executives, possible investors, mentors, consultants and advisors, who could potentially create many start-ups per year through this program.
