Project Leader- Apps Development (CODE AS/AD/Tech/06)

• Educational Qualifications - B.E./B. Tech or M.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Computers Engineering
• Experience- 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly web services for telecom.
• Technical Skills -
  • Excellent understanding & development experience in Web Application for Mobiles.
  • Proven working experience on J2EE technologies.
  • Must have used one or more Web Application Server in development - JBOSS, WebLogic, WebSphere, Sun Java System, AS.  Working experience in JBOSS is preferred.
  • Must have good understanding of design concepts. Involvement in design of large system is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Web2.0. experience on RESTful implementation is an advantage.
  • Some exposure to telecom domain is a must. Exposure to one or more is desirable- 3G/GPRS/IMS/NGN/VOIP/SIP/XMPP.
  • Exposure to SAML2.0 & Identity is desirable.

Project Leader - TUI Development (CODE AS/TD/Tech/06)

• Educational Qualifications - B.E./B. Tech or M.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Computers Engineering
• Experience- 4-6 years of experience in software development, particularly mobile handsets.
• Technical Skills -
  • Excellent understanding & development experience in application for Smart phones.
  • Must have developed mobile application on Symbian or WinMe platforms. Palms OS or Brew development experience is desirable.
  • Excellent coding experience in Visual C++ & Java.
  • Good understanding of mobile domain- 3G/GPRS/GSM. Must have exposure to one or more- IMS/NGN/VOIP.
  • Good understanding of call processing & features for Mobile devices.
  • Must have good understanding of Client Server Model & must have worked on XML based development. Exposure to SIP/XMPP is desirable. 
  • Working experience on Microsoft Visual Studio or Code Warrior is desirable.

Program Manager - Quality Assurance (CODE AS/PM/Tech-QA/06)

• Educational Qualifications - B.E./B. Tech or M.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Computers Engineering
• Experience- 8-10 years of experience in QA and Testing.
• Technical Skills -
  • Excellent understanding of Test & QA life cycle for telecom and non telecom products.
  • Proven experience in defining test strategies, test plan and test execution methodologies, test automation and release management of products, defect tracking systems ( ClearQuest, Bugzilla, FogBugz or Lotus Notes) .
  • Must have experience in Configuration Management. Working experience of at least one of these is must - ClearCase, CVS or VSS.
  • Must have domain expertise on one or more - Wireless, IMS, VOIP, NGN, Mobile Contents. Some expertise on other non-telecom products is desirable.
  • Expertise in working on Unix platforms (Solaris/Linux) and knowledge of scripting languages like shell scripts ,Perl or TCL/TK.
  • Capability of building a world class Test and Verification team. Must have setup QA environment at least once as part of past experience starting from Lab planning/building.

Solutions Architect - (CODE AS/SA/Tech/06)

• Educational Qualifications - B.E./B. Tech or M.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Computers Engineering
• Experience- >6 years of experience in developing & implementing web based Software Solutions.
• Technical Skills -
  • Experience in DOT NET technology preferred. Exposure and application of patterns employed in DOT NET
  • Should be able to interface with the customer in order to achieve the following:
    • Understand the business and market requirements.
    • Work with the business and product management to develop use cases and capture requirements.
    • Analyze the requirements to come up with the ideal architecture and design based on the requirements.
    • Plan and track the executing of software development.
  • Implementation skills on DOT NET or similar technologies ( like Java or C++) on Windows platforms.
  • Expert in OO Designs using standard modeling language like UML and Tools like Rational Rose and Microsoft Visio.
  • Must have worked in complete SDLC and have knowledge of CMM 5 processes for software development.
  • At least 3 years of experience of technically leading a team of not less than 5 software engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle the customer and the team
• Good computer science fundamentals.
• Preferably experience of having worked in a large solutions/services company.
